– Users may cancel appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any charges. The $50 deposit will be refunded to the User at the time of cancellation.
– Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of $50. The $50 deposit will be withheld by the Provider and NOT be refunded to the User.
– Users agree to pay a $50 deposit at the time of booking.
